This surreal series explores the uncertain threshold between presence and absence through urban portraits that exist only as fleeting shadows cast across rain-soaked pavement, momentarily highlighted by reflected artificial light. By reducing the individual to an ephemeral trace, the series questions the reliability of perception while reflecting on the fragility of identity and the transience of existence, as it posits that our experience of reality only emerges through unstable conditions of light, reflection, and observation.
